Handmade in small batches in our own kitchen, using only all natural, highest quality ingredients, our European Style Cream Cheesecakes are neither dense and heavy like the regular ones, nor too sweet. These perfectly balanced desserts are not baked but cold set. This means we have to freeze them to set them and then they have to be thawed.

You will find these delicious treats in our shop in individual portions (NET 6 oz) and elegant Event size (NET 1.8 oz), still frozen, giving you the freedom to keep them in the freezer for up to 6 month or thaw them to be enjoyed at any time you wish.
